Corporate Actions

Corporate Actions are integrated part of Local Custody services. Besides other areas, they cover the following:

Ensuring payments of revenues from securities traded on the local market (dividend payouts, interest income payments from bonds and also principal instalment payments on the maturity of bonds, settlement payments to the benefit of investors etc.).
Tax information service (providing information on the taxation of revenues from securities accepted for trading on the local market, legal documents required for tax refunds and their acquisition).
Representing clients at local general meetings (voting at a general meeting upon the client's instructions, providing information about voting results and all adopted resolutions).
Up-to-date information service concerning corporate stock issued by issuers of securities accepted for trading on the local market and its acquisition on the basis of client instructions (e.g. repurchasing securities, subscription of securities, assistance during the registration of receivables and other claims of clients against security issuers etc.).
Regular portfolio evaluation.
